*1. Who we are*

This site is operated by ILM Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17307316, registered office Suite 10-12 Mezzanine Floor, Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 1HU. We are the data controller for the information you give us here.

ILM Holdings Ltd is the company behind Isobel Lorna and her brands. If you sign up to our mailing list, you may hear from us about Isobel Lorna, about brands we own, and about new brands we launch.

*2. What we collect*

When you sign up we collect your name and email address. We also automatically record the date and time you signed up, your IP address, and the wording of the consent you agreed to. This is our record that you opted in.

Once you are on our list, Klaviyo records whether you open our emails and click the links in them.

*3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis*

We use your details to send you marketing emails about our brands, products, launches, offers and giveaways.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you gave by ticking the opt in box when you signed up. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping accurate records to store proof of that consent.

We group subscribers into segments based on how they interact with our emails, such as which links they click and how recently they opened one, so that what we send is more relevant. This does not have any legal effect on you and you can object to it at any time by emailing us.

*4. Who we share it with*

We do not sell your data. We share it with the companies that help us run our mailing list and website:

•⁠  ⁠Klaviyo, which stores our mailing list and sends our emails
•⁠  ⁠Shopify, which hosts our website
•⁠  ⁠Google, which provides our website analytics
•⁠  ⁠Meta, which provides advertising and measurement tools on our site

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

*5. International transfers*

Klaviyo, Google and Meta store data in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where that provider is certified under it, and on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where it is not. Shopify stores data in Canada, which the UK recognises as providing an adequate level of protection.

*6. How long we keep it*

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or until you have not opened or clicked any of our emails for 24 months, whichever comes first. After that we delete you from our list. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribes so we do not email you again by mistake.

*7. Your rights*

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

•⁠  ⁠ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
•⁠  ⁠have inaccurate data corrected
•⁠  ⁠have your data deleted
•⁠  ⁠restrict or object to how we use it
•⁠  ⁠receive your data in a portable format
•⁠  ⁠withdraw your consent at any time

To use any of these rights, email info@voirsocial.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

*8. Withdrawing consent*

You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing info@voirsocial.co.uk. It is as easy to withdraw your consent as it was to give it, and withdrawing costs you nothing. It does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew.

*9. Cookies*

We use cookies and similar technology on this site. Some are necessary for the site to work, and are set by Shopify. Others are used for analytics and advertising, and are set by Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. These tell us how people find and use our site, and allow us to measure and target our advertising.

You can accept or reject non essential cookies through the banner shown when you first visit the site. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

*10. Complaints*

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first at info@voirsocial.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
